1. Training
We train and raise awareness among our staff and professionals through:
- Annual reminders of confidentiality obligations; and
- Vigilance training about cybersecurity and protection of personal information.

Collection of Personal Information
In the course of its activities, Les Consultants Dynamique collects various types of Personal Information. Consent is generally obtained prior to collection, either implicitly or explicitly. - To provide and maintain our medical services, including conducting follow-ups.

- To provide you with news, special offers, and general information about other goods, services, and events that we offer, unless you have opted out.
5. Access to Personal Information
Personal Information is securely stored using appropriate software specific to the type of Personal Information.
Access is restricted to users who require it to perform their duties and is protected by unique passwords. Access is revoked when the individual is no longer an employee or self-employed worker of Les Consultants Dynamique. Access management is overseen by the IT team.
We may share your Personal Information:
- With service providers: to deliver the services you wish to obtain (see Section 6 below for providers and security measures).
- With affiliated companies: including our parent company and any subsidiaries or other companies under common control, which must abide by this Policy.
- With courts, authorities, and other organizations: to comply with requests, warrants, orders, or to fulfill insurance obligations.
Retention
Personal Information related to medical records is retained as long as necessary according to provincial medical regulatory requirements. All other Personal Information is retained as long as necessary in compliance with applicable laws. When retention is no longer necessary, we ensure secure destruction.

7. Security Measures and Inherent Risks
We adhere to industry standards for security, implementing appropriate physical, technical, IT, and administrative measures to safeguard your Personal Information. All employees and service providers have signed confidentiality agreements and commit to strict personal information security policies.
Despite these measures, due to inherent risks associated with computer systems, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your Personal Information has been compromised, contact us using the information above.
8. Complaints Management
Any complaint regarding our management of Personal Information must be made in writing to the Privacy Officer at medical@consultantsdynamique.com or by mail to the address provided above.
All complaints are handled confidentially, and only the information necessary to process the complaint will be shared with personnel who need to know. The processing time is 45 days from receipt.
9. Application
This Policy applies to the Clinic’s executives and subcontractors and covers all Personal Information and confidential data collected, managed, and used by the clinic.
