Founded in 1998 by Ivan Cardoso and Paolo Carciero, Dynamique Consultants was built on a simple yet powerful mission: to provide compassionate, expert support to individuals overwhelmed by the complex world of injury and disability claims.
What began as a two-person team has grown into a trusted organization with a multidisciplinary approach – connecting clients, not only to compensation, but also the medical and legal resources they need to heal and move forward.
For over two decades, we’ve adapted to evolving systems while staying true to our core value: personalized service. Every case is unique, and we take the time to listen, guide, and advocate – ensuring that our clients feel informed, supported and never alone throughout the claims process.
Meet The Team
Ivan Cardoso
Co-Founder – Injury Specialist Consultant
Ivan began his career in disability management in 1990, gaining early exposure to the field while working alongside his father, who operated a disability management firm. This hands-on experience from a young age laid the foundation for his deep understanding of the industry. As co-founder of Dynamique Consultants, Ivan has spent decades reviewing and evaluating client files with precision—always aiming to identify the best course of action for each individual case. From strategic planning to direct negotiations with CNESST, SAAQ, and IVAC; Ivan ensures clients receive the outcomes they deserve.
Paolo Carciero
Co-Founder – Injury Specialist Consultant
Paolo partnered with Ivan to establish the organization with the goal of helping clients secure successful outcomes in workplace and motor vehicle accident claims. He is actively involved in evaluating and supporting individual cases. He brings a complementary and alternative perspective to each case, enriching the overall strategy and approach used by the team. His insights are shaped by years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by injured clients. Paolo also oversees financial operations, ensuring stability and efficiency as the organization continues to grow and evolve.
Vanessa Tedeschi
Manager of Operations
Vanessa plays a critical role at Dynamique Consultants, overseeing key aspects of the client experience and operational processes. She is involved in new client onboarding and guides clients through each stage of their journey. With a background in kinesiology from McGill University, Vanessa helps address medical inquiries and ensures clients receive the support they need. As Manager of Operations, she oversees the full client journey and works closely with Ivan and Paolo to ensure seamless, efficient services.
Paulina Cardoso
Coordinator of Client Services
Paulina is responsible for managing client documentation and ensuring records are accurately maintained across the Dynamique team. She coordinates appointments with team members, supports the administrative side of scheduling all follow-ups, and helps facilitate clear communication throughout their journey. Her role helps keep the client-process organized and running smoothly — and she’s often the warm, welcoming face you see when you walk through the door.
Gabriela Peterson
Medical Services Coordinator
Gabriela plays a central role in our medical services coordination, ensuring seamless communication between healthcare providers, clients, and the team. Her extensive experience in clinical management and research allows her to manage each case with a thoughtful, client-centered approach. With a Master’s degree in anthropology and fluency in multiple languages, Gabriela has a unique ability to understand the individual needs of each client, providing professional and attentive support tailored to their circumstances.
Melanie Delisle
Administrative Services Coordinator
Melanie plays a crucial role as the liaison between medical professionals and the administrative team, leveraging her nursing background to support case management. She oversees the contestation and conciliation processes, while also preparing the necessary documentation for court proceedings and coordinating referrals to the appropriate service providers. Melanie helps manage all aspects of the client’s medical and administrative needs—so they can focus on what matters most: their recovery.
