Each access is protected by a unique password. All accesses are timely revoked when the individual is no longer an employee or self-employed worker of Les Consultants Dynamique. The platform supports a Patient Portal which allows patient encrypted access to their personal health information, as decided by their physician. Patients to the responsibility of safeguarding their personal portal and the health information sent during Portal created Terms and Conditions. Basic personal information is also used to create and confirm office scheduling. All data transmissions are encrypted to protect sensitive information. The portal provides a streamlined interface for employees to access internal tools, documents, and resources efficiently and securely.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"security\">\n<h2>7. Security Measures and Inherent Risks<\/h2>\n<p>We adhere to industry standards for security in our field of activities to protect the information we collect and receive. Specifically, we have implemented appropriate physical, technical, IT, and administrative protection measures to safeguard your Personal Information against privacy incidents.
