Founded in 1998 by Ivan Cardoso and Paolo Carciero, Dynamique Consultants was built on a simple yet powerful mission: to provide compassionate, expert support to individuals overwhelmed by the complex world of injury and disability claims.<\/p>\n

Ivan began his career in disability management in 1990, gaining early exposure to the field while working alongside his father, who operated a disability management firm. This hands-on experience from a young age laid the foundation for his deep understanding of the industry. <\/span>As co-founder of Dynamique Consultants, Ivan has spent decades reviewing and evaluating client files with precision\u2014always aiming to identify the best course of action for each individual case. From strategic planning to direct negotiations with CNESST, SAAQ, and IVAC; Ivan ensures clients receive the outcomes they deserve. <\/span><\/p>\n

He is actively involved in evaluating and supporting individual cases. He brings a complementary and alternative perspective to each case, enriching the overall strategy and approach used by the team.<\/span> His insights are shaped by years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by injured clients. Paolo also oversees financial operations, ensuring stability and efficiency as the organization continues to grow and evolve.<\/span><\/p>\n

Manager of Operations<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Vanessa plays a critical role at Dynamique Consultants, overseeing key aspects of the client experience and operational processes. She is involved in new client onboarding and guides clients through each stage of their journey. With a background in kinesiology from McGill University, Vanessa helps address medical inquiries and ensures clients receive the support they need. As Manager of Operations, she oversees the full client journey and works closely with Ivan and Paolo to ensure seamless, efficient services. <\/span><\/p>\n
